After a short break, I'm back to building the Traveling Coach.
This work was supposed to be easy and simple to build, as it was also known as a coach for beginners or beginners in the F.B.C.G. contest, but it is not quite like that, the plans have many incongruities, imperfections, doubts and some errors, giving the also these plans were drawn by beginners. The photograph accompanying the plan also has some discrepancies.
A few more parts of the work already done, I hope you like to see.
As you can see the hardware for the front axle is already built and I have also given the first coat of paint.Pin in. belt construction.
Testing and tuning the driver's seat.
Construction of the base for fixing the suspension springs, in 2 mm thick metal, which will then be polished.
Silver welding of the hooks of the bases of the rear springs.
Roll of steel sheet from which the strips for the springs will be cut.
Spring support base with wooden filling block to give the springs curvature.
Mainspring test, it has to be heat untempered to be drilled for the two fixing screws.
