Today I come to present my new project to start this year, it is very different from the usual works, but it is also a transport of people without wheels, although there are also wheelchairs with wheels.
This chair for transporting people is on display at the Museu Nacional dos Coches, they originated in the East and in the 17th century, they became very popular throughout Europe, and were widely used by court ladies, bishops and abbots for because of their long clothes that made travel difficult, the sick and pregnant women also used them, as it was a comfortable and safe means of transport, although slow, these chairs were carried by two or four footmen, who wore straps on their shoulders for the carry.
