After the Covilhâ and the Lisbon International Fairs, the time has come to resume the work of finishing the carriage in the suitcase, which will take some time to complete, as this final work is of some difficulty and as such requires A greater attention because with the sealed cover there is no ipotese to correct internal errors. Everything has to be well thought out before settling definitively.
I would also like to draw your attention to a very interesting article which began to be published in France on my miniatures, an article by the most understood person in Europe on this subject. Mr. Patrick Magnaudeix, and who will do an article on each miniature, starting with Filipell's car.
However here are some photos of the work already done in the carriage today.

Some more progress in the construction of the carriage of the suitcase, taking advantage of these magnificent days with the sun, I took the opportunity to paint the first coat in order to see how the two colors blend together and to tune the doors and windows,
In the meantime, I was hesitant to build the trunk because the original did not have it, but after a thorough investigation into this matter, I discovered that a trunk was part of this type of carriages in order to transport the travel arrangements, such as waxed ropes and Some necessary tools. I also built a rocker and the brake shoe that are hanging from the left-hand support hooks under the safe, plus some pictures for a better appreciation of the details, I hope you enjoy.
Adjustment on the support hooks, the rocker and brake shoe, with the supporting chains.
The various photos of the carriage after the first coat of paint, although it seems to be finished, there is still a lot of work to do.
The BAU, this chest is a very special, it is a decorative element, it is used to store some materials, and it is also the switch to turn the lanterns on and off.

The various phases of the construction of the panels and seats of the rear compartment.
